Day 11- Trusting God as our Helper

“Blessed is he whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD his God.”
— Psalm 146:5

There are so many ways to get help but there is ONLY one authentic way- that is Asking help from the Maker of all things-God. When we ask God for help, he send us the appropriate help in the appropriate way and at the appropriate time. God has understanding of everything and everyone so relying on him rather than the arm of flesh is always the best way to go. However, because we do not see God, we are always quick to ask help from man first and only approach God as the last option.

Exodus 2:23- 25 “23 During those many days the king of Egypt died, and the people of Israel groaned because of their slavery and cried out for help. Their cry for rescue from slavery came up to God. 24 And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob. 25 God saw the people of Israel—and God knew.”
